Creating change through the simultaneous process of taking action and doing research, using methods that reflect service delivery realities and including literature reviews, environmental scans, needs assessments and more.
Program evaluation and development
Participatory and developmental program evaluation approaches, grounded in Theory of Change, Logic Models, Conceptual Frameworks, Evaluation Frameworks and Measurement Frameworks; with a focus on capacity building for sustained accountability and program improvement.
Building learning organizations
Supporting shifts towards becoming a learning organization with a shared vision, systems thinking, team learning and achievement of individual and organizational goals; integrating agency information gathering for common tools, approaches and reporting.
Data collection, analysis and reporting
Development and implementation of data collection tools and processes, including program forms and survey development, interviews, focus groups and townhalls, etc; statistical data analysis of large and small datasets; qualitative analysis for themes; clear and comprehensive reporting with recommendations guiding service improvement.
