Synergy Research Group is guided by the belief that there are many groups in our society that do not have equal opportunity and access to services that address their needs.
To this end, non-profit agencies are necessary. Most of our target groups include:
Families dealing with domestic violence
Immigrants
Individuals at risk for suicide
Seniors
Youth, children & women at risk
Homeless or at-risk for homelessness
Indigenous families
Individuals in conflict with the law
Individuals with substance abuse issues
Irene Hoffart has been the Director of Synergy Research Group since 1992.
She has completed a thesis-based Master of Social Work degree with Management Specialization at the University of Calgary.
Irene works with an extensive network of professionals, who are sub-contracted as projects require.
