Eastside Family Services Evaluation

(1993 – 1994)

The mission of Eastside Family Centre is to promote community well-being through affordable and accessible counseling services.  The evaluation was put in place to address the following key questions: how well is Eastside meeting the mandate of the key user groups? How well do Eastside services fit together in a service continuum? How satisfied are Eastside clients and users with the services provided? Are the various services well used and by whom? Five evaluation components were put in place to answer these questions: planning, community consultation, client interviews, internal consultation and service utilization assessment.
