Outreach Follow-Up Program Evaluation

The mission of the program is to help women and children begin to re-establish their independence by providing accessible housing, crisis intervention, advocating and referring within the community, practical and group support, creating social opportunities and public education. The researcher assisted the program to develop an evaluation framework, identify objectives and design measurements that would integrate with daily agency operations.
