One World Development Centre Formative Evaluation

(April 2002 – March 2003)

The objective of this project is to design the evaluation and to ensure that vital data are being collected from the outset of the program.  The formative evaluation includes the development of a Program Structure and Logic Model, identification and selection of measurement tools, a process evaluation and methodology design.
