Violence Program Review and Evaluation

(January 2017 – March 2018)

Lac La Biche and Area Family Violence Program has been in operation in the greater Lac La Biche area since 2013. It is collaboratively managed by the Lac La Biche and Area Family Violence Advisory Committee and the Hope Haven Society. The program’s long range vision is to bring healing and lifestyle changes to all members of the family living with domestic violence. The evaluation project included several on-site visits, developing an evaluation framework and tools, implementing database to support information gathering, proving facilitator training, as well as gathering and analyzing quantitative group data and qualitative interview and focus group data.
