Needs Assessment

(September 2015 – February 2016)

The project was aimed at assessing the needs of the Bow Valley community to establish secure shelter, transition housing and support services for women and children who are escaping domestic violence. The study components included description of the Bow Valley area, its population, needs and services; analysis of how domestic violence impacts the area residents and gathering feedback from key community stakeholders.
