Home Project Evaluation

This four-year pilot project will test the applicability of a Safe at Home” (SAH) option to rural women who are experiencing domestic violence .The overaching goal of this model is to maintain safety and stability within the home residence of women who have experienced domestic violence by removing the perpetrator from the family home and placing him in temporary housing facility where he is provided with counselling and other supports to help him plan for a future free from domestic violence. The evaluator undertakes a literature review, develops results and measurement frameworks, oversees data collection activities, facilitates developmental evaluation processes and produces evaluation updates and reports.
